Deborah left her solo practice to become "of counsel" to the firm in 2002. She practices exclusively in the area of criminal appeals. Between 1991 and 1994, she was the chief appellate attorney for the Ada County Public Defender and prior to that practiced appellate law in Seattle for five years. She also served as a staff writer and editor of legal publications, including several published by Book Publishing Company and by James Publishing Company. Deborah is a native of Boise.
