Prior to joining the firm as an associate in 2007, Jeffrey completed a one year clerkship with the Honorable Michael McLaughlin, District Judge, Fourth Judicial District of Idaho. During law school, Jeffrey was a legal intern with the Federal Defenders of Eastern Washington and Idaho, Capital Habeas Unit, where he assisted in habeas corpus proceedings at the federal level for Idaho inmates sentenced to death.
Jeffrey is an active member of the Idaho State Bar, currently serving as co chair of the Fourth District’s Citizens’ Law Academy, and is a member of the Idaho Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.
