Michael is a partner with the firm and practices criminal defense. He joined the firm in 1998 after completing a two year clerkship with the Honorable Karen Lansing of the Idaho Court of Appeals. He has attended the National Criminal Defense College in Macon, Georgia and has served as an Adjunct Professor in the Criminal Justice Department of Boise State University.
Michael is a lifetime member of the Idaho Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. He served on the Board of Directors for Idaho Legal Aid Services, Inc., an organization whose purpose is to provide legal representation and community education to low income Idahoans, from 2000 through 2003. He currently serves on the Fourth Judicial District Magistrate Commission.
