Robyn became an associate with the firm following a two-year clerkship with Chief Judge Darrel Perry of the Idaho Court of Appeals. During her clerkship, Robyn worked on primarily criminal cases. As a legal intern, Robyn gained experience in Social Security law, Medicaid law, Special Education Law and guardianships for persons with disabilities. As an intern for the University of Idaho's Legal Aid Clinic, Robyn represented asylum applicants before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals
Before attending law school, Robyn worked as a Licensed Social Worker for four years. As a social worker, Robyn assisted and advocated for adults and children with disabilities. In this role, Robyn coordinated with various school districts, the Department of Health and Welfare, the Social Security Administration and multiple medical providers to ensure her clients received needed services.
