Our Firm
Our Firm was founded more than twenty years ago on a simple plan: to bring together excellent lawyers, motivated by an unwavering determination to vindicate their clients' rights, and meeting the highest level of commitment to ethical behavior. Today, Nevin, Benjamin, McKay & Bartlett LLP is comprised of a team of lawyers who have embodied this original vision through over 100 years of combined experience as attorneys.
The firm's practice is focused on criminal defense and civil litigation, representing clients throughout Idaho and the Intermountain West – and beyond. Our strong work ethic, capable support staff, and technical expertise allows us to take on cases of virtually any size. We have obtained acquittals in some of the highest-profile cases in the history of Idaho, including the Ruby Ridge case, and the case of Sami Omar Al-Hussayen, the University of Idaho graduate student accused of terrorism. We are involved in the complex multi-district civil litigation in federal court in New York arising out of the terrorist attacks of September 11, 2001. We have represented employees of a major retail grocery store chain, in multi-state class and collective actions which resulted in a court approved multi million dollar settlement.
But we have also found that the compelling legal and factual issues upon which the biggest cases turn are also present in the smallest cases - and we truly consider no case too big or too small.
